Spirou Charleroi B replaces Royal IV Brussels A in TDM1

      With Royal IV Brussels having financial difficulties they decided to withdraw their A-team from TDM1.
      As per the rules this opened up a spot for one of the relegated teams from last season. Spirou B accepted and will remain in TDM1 next season.
